ESPI/Green Button meter reading data for a single meter. Uses ESPI types (IntervalBlock, ReadingType, IntervalReading, ServiceCategory) natively with numeric or string enum codes. Adds timeZone (IANA identifier) as a non-ESPI extension for demand-forecasting.
